We are engaged in training comprehensive personnel who have a good command of knowledge and are good at business management and operation. We have set up three training bases in Moganshan, Jiaxing and Binjiang District of Hanghzou, providing management and skill trainings for staff. Just in 2004 we organized and trained 97 groups of trainees with a total number of over 1800 persons. Our staff qualification was roundly improved and our human resource structure was further optimized through the trainings. Through continually improving the age structure and knowledge structure of our staff members, we have reserved necessary human resource for our business development and laid a stable foundation for our development strategies of “being based in Zhejiang, orienting toward the whole country and entering into the world market”.
