Zhejiang Post & Telecommunication Construction Bureau was founded in February 1959 and granted National Grade-A Post & Telecommunication Project Constructor by the Ministry of Construction in 1993. In 2002, we were granted License of Grade-A Enterprise in Communication and Information Network Integration by the Ministry of Information Industry. In June 2002, we were approved Grade-A General Contractor of Communication Construction by Ministry of Construction. In August 2003, we passed the Quality Management System Certification of Beijing Zhongshe Certification and received related Certification. At present, we are the only Grade-A General Contractor of Communication Construction in Zhejiang.

With 45 years of development, we not only have made great contributions to the post and telecommunication construction of China but also made ourselves grow rapidly. We have developed from a constructor that merely undertook communication construction in the past to a “one-stop” service provider that has the comprehensive capabilities in construction, design, supervision, network maintenance, test, communication product research and development today. In the increasingly severe market competitions, we have taken a stable market share, extended our services, created our own brand, and won over customers. Our technology level, construction quality, market share and business reputation all enjoy a leading position in the industry of China. We have become an important force in China’s communication construction companies.
