Bureau was founded in February 1959 and granted
National Grade-A Post & Telecommunication Project
Constructor by the Ministry of Construction in 1993.
In February 2002, we were granted License of Grade-A
Enterprise in Communication and Information Network
Integration by the Ministry of Information Industry.
In June 2002, we were approved Grade-A General
Contractor of Communication Construction by the
Ministry of Communication. In October 1999, we
received Import and Export Enterprise Qualification
Certificate of the People¡¯s Republic of China from
the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation. In August 2003, we got Quality
Management System Certification from Beijing
Zhongshe Certification....
Passing quality management system
certification is a requirement of market
competition, a requirement of scientific business
management, a requirement of playing in the
international market, and a symbol of a
well-established quality management. In the
beginning of 2003, our various responsible
departments started preparing for ISO9001 Quality
Management System Certification, carrying out all
work in accordance with the standards under experts
from Certification Consulting Company. Many audits
were conducted by the third party. Our quality
management system standards had completely met the
international requirements so we successfully passed
ISO9000:2000 Certification Upgrade and the external
audit on ISO9001 Quality Management System. These
certifications made us become a Grade-A General
Contractor of Communication Engineering Construction
of Zhejiang and the only construction company
passing ISO9000:2000 Certification in Zhejiang. The
success of the certification further standardized
our services, improved customer satisfaction level
and the management level of functional departments.
We carry out internationalized business management
strictly in accordance with ISO9001:2000 Quality
Management System, paying attention to credit,
promising good quality and providing first-rate
services for all communication operators.
We introduced in Langjing GTM Information Monitor
Center for business management, so as to realize the
integration of specialized process optimization,
general office management and Internet application.
By integrating graphics and specialized data, it can
directly perform informatized operations on
electronic maps. The application of the system not
only helps our managerial departments standardize
and optimize internal business processes,
operational modes and management system, but also
